By using ReviewByte (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

ReviewByte automates review monitoring, AI reply generation, and owner notifications via WhatsApp and other channels.

3. Business Owner Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information shared, including any account credentials and API keys.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI replies are generated automatically and may require review in sensitive cases. ReviewByte is not liable for any reputational or regulatory consequences from AI-generated text.

5. Payment & Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReviewByte is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for damages or data loss resulting from interruptions, API changes, or third-party service failures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
