Data Deletion Instructions

ReviewByte stores the minimum data necessary to deliver SMS and email alerts, AI replies, and platform connections (Google, Facebook, Instagram). You can request deletion of your data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@thereviewbyte.com from the email address you used for signup, or
2. Contact support from your dashboard account settings.

What we delete

• Your owner profile (phone number, email, display name)
• Business profile and preferences
• All connections and access tokens (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
• Queued or historical alert payloads stored by ReviewByte

What we may retain

Legally required billing or audit logs may be retained for compliance (e.g., Stripe invoices), but are no longer associated with an active account and contain no usable tokens.

API-based deletion

Developers can request deletion by including their owner_id in the email: e.g., +1XXXXXXXXXX_owner. We verify ownership and process within 72 hours.
