What ReviewByte does

We process business reviews and replies on your behalf, storing business names, contact details, review and reply content, and integration tokens needed to post responses to connected platforms.

How billing works

• Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime in the dashboard to stop future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Trials

New customers receive a 14-day free trial with full features. No credit card is required to start. If you do not subscribe after the trial, premium automation pauses until you upgrade.

How to cancel or change plans

• Manage your subscription anytime in the ReviewByte dashboard under Billing.
• If you need help updating or cancelling, email support@thereviewbyte.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReviewByte does not store full card details.
